Einride, a Swedish autonomous electric vehicle trucking business, is planning to go public through a special purpose acquisition company deal.
The SPAC deal would be conducted with blank check company Legato Merger Corp. III. That would value Einride at $1.8 billion.
Einride expects to start trading during the first half of 2026.
