Eight STL lawyers jump to Lathrop & Gage from Polsinelli

Big roster changes are underway in the St. Louis offices of law firms Lathrop & Gage LLP and Polsinelli PC as eight tax credit financing attorneys switch firms.

The St. Louis Business Journal reports Polsinelli partners Janice Hetland, Jared Minkoff, Julie Gabel, Fredrick Miller and Christopher Pierce, along with associates Stephanie Deterding, Connie Reiniger and Alice Jennett, made the switch to Lathrop & Gage.

The team specializes in tax credit work, including traditional and nontraditional financing, and represents developers, lenders and investors involving new markets, historic and low-income tax credits.

Both Kansas City-based firms with offices in Springfield, Lathrop & Gage has more than 300 lawyers and 11 nationwide offices. Polsinelli has more than 700 lawyers and 19 nationwide offices.
