The suit alleges Walmart engaged in discriminatory hiring practices at a Ochelata, Oklahoma, distribution center.
A job applicant, who was born with her right arm ending at the elbow, allegedly was not allowed to take a physical assessment test without a prosthetic, even though she had warehouse experience without one. The alleged conduct violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
