The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing Tesla over alleged racial discrimination.
The lawsuit alleges Black employees at Tesla's Fremont, California, facility routinely were subjected to graffiti, swastikas, threats such as “kill black people,” and nooses places in the building, USA Today reports.
The lawsuit alleges Black employees have described racist imagery at the facility as “frequent,” “constant,” “a regular thing,” and occurring “too many times to count."
