Duracell has filed a lawsuit against rival Energizer.
The suit accuses Energizer of running a deceptive advertising campaign by claiming its Energizer Max batteries outlast Duracell Power Boost batteries by 10%, according to CNN.
An Energizer spokesperson declined to comment on the litigation.
