DuPont CEO plans retirement this month

Ellen Kullman, CEO of chemicals maker DuPont, plans to retire Oct. 16.

DuPont board member Edward Breen would take over on an interim basis.

A 27-year employee with the company, Kullman became CEO in 2009.
