On May 23, Duck Creek announced it had been selected by Melville, N.Y.-based AutoOne Insurance to implement Example Platform for its personal automobile line of insurance.
“Their comprehensive rating software package allows us to decrease the amount of time needed to implement rate changes,” said AutoOne Senior Vice President Phil Gibson in a news release. “By lessening the time to implement rate changes, AutoOne increases response time necessary for the ever-changing auto insurance market.”
Duck Creek Business and Development Officer Wendy Corman, who is based out of the company’s Connecticut office, said the Example Platform product provides computerized insurance rating and policy services. Its cost of implementation ranges from $300,000 to $1.5 million, according to Corman.
SUA and AutoOne bring Duck Creek’s total customers to 43.
