DSW Inc. announced a corporate name change to Designer Brands Inc.
The switch reflects such changes as the purchase of Camuto Group last fall, which added brands Camuto, Jessica Simpson and Lucky.
CEO Roger Rawlins said the company now has access to 80 percent of the footwear market.
