Amazon delivery drivers are suing the company for alleged "inhumane" working conditions.
The drivers claim Amazon's performance metrics are unachievable if time is taken to stop to use the bathroom. The drivers allege that they must use bottles and dog-waste bags instead.
The lawsuit has three drivers as plaintiffs and is seeking class-action status.
