DraftKings parent company DK Crown Holdings Inc. this week contributed $5 million to the campaign seeking legalization of sports betting in Missouri.
The pro-Amendment 2 effort has raised more than $16.5 million since January. DraftKings and FanDuel are reportedly behind the contributions.
The latest $5 million contribution is said to be the largest check to a Missouri state political campaign in at least 16 years.
