Dr Pepper Snapple Inc. agreed to merge with Keurig Green Mountain Inc.
The deal would create a combined company with $11 billion in revenue, according to a Monday announcement.
Dr Pepper Snapple shareholders would retain 13 percent of the combined company, known as Keurig Dr Pepper. Keurig shareholders would hold the other 87 percent.
