Dr Pepper Snapple to buy Bai Brands for $1.7B

Dr Pepper Snapple Group agreed to buy antioxidant beverage maker Bai Brands for $1.7 billion in cash.

Last year, Dr Pepper Snapple bought a minority stake in the company.

Reuters first reported in October Dr Pepper Snapple was negotiating a buyout of Bai Brands.
