A downtown St. Louis office building sold in December for $30.5 million.
The six-story building leased by natural gas utility Spire Inc. was sold by Koman Group to New York-based Arch Street Capital Advisors and Phoenix-based Orion Office REIT Inc.
Koman invested $46.4 million redeveloping the building after buying it in 2014.
