Downtown STL hotel to be renovated, rebranded

A downtown St. Louis hotel is set for a $46 million renovation and rebranding.

Midas Hospitality plans to turn the financially distressed Oyo Hotel into a 220-room Sheraton, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

A World’s Fair mural on the building is expected to remain in place.
