Dow, DuPont cement $130B merger

Chemical giants DuPont and Dow Chemical Co. have agreed to an all-stock merger that would value the combined company at $130 billion.

The new company, DowDuPont, plans to split into three.

It's expected the deal will face intense regulatory scrutiny.
