Donors who recently sued Webster University have settled with the school.
Donors had sued to stop the school from using scholarship funds for a loan obligation.
Webster is seeking to use restricted endowment funds to meet the “liquidity ratio” on a loan it obtained for new science and business buildings, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
