Don Wessel Honda renovations

Posted online
DeWitt & Associates is the general contractor for renovations at Don Wessel Oldsmobile Honda. The project includes a new façade for the showroom and comprises about 10,000 square feet of showroom and office space and about 5,000 square feet for the service garage. Renovations will bring the dealership in line with Honda’s corporate standards and wipe away the Oldsmobile name, as the brand officially disappears Oct. 31.

Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and the structural engineer while Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical and electrical engineer. According to previous SBJ coverage, the cost of the renovations is $1.8 million. Work is to be completed in early spring.
