Dog-walking company Wag has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
The San Francisco-based company had a peak valuation of $650 million.
Chief Financial Officer Alec Davidian said “monthly revenues declined rapidly after March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic." He said the company incurred $69.5 million in losses 2022-24.
