The U.S. Senate yesterday passed a bill to overhaul the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
A bipartisan group of lawmakers want to roll back some of the 2010 banking law's provisions.
Among its measures, the bill would exempt banks with less than $250 billion in assets from tougher oversight by the Federal Reserve.
