The International Longshore and Warehouse Union has filed for bankruptcy.
A federal court in 2019 found the ILWU engaged in illegal labor practices via work slowdowns and stoppages, according to Fox Business.
Union officials cited a pending lawsuit with the Oregon branch of International Container Terminal Services Inc. related to those alleged practices.
