DNC chairwoman stepping down amid scandal

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has resigned following revelations from leaked internal emails.

Wasserman Schultz plans to step down at the end of the July 25-28 DNC convention.

The leaked emails indicated DNC officials plotted to damage Bernie Sanders during the Democratic primary.
