The District of Columbia filed suit against food delivery company Grubhub.
The company is accused in the lawsuit of allegedly engaging in deceptive trade practices including excessive fees, out-of-date restaurant prices and false advertising.
"We will aggressively defend our business in court and look forward to continuing to serve D.C. restaurants and diners," Grubhub officials said.
