Chris and Jessica Ollis, owners of Spring Branch Kombucha, planned on distributing their beverage themselves. “That might actually be the issue of our business that we were probably the most naïve about — we thought the the facility was the biggest challenge. Now that we are actually distributing through [Wil Fischer Distributing] it’s kind of like, wow, we are very grateful,” says Jessica Ollis. They quickly learned they hadn’t anticipated all the challenges associated with getting their product to retailers.
