Disney is getting into master-planned communities.
The first, dubbed Cotino, is slated to bring 1,900 housing units to Rancho Mirage, California.
Josh D’Amaro, chair of Disney parks, experiences and products, said the branded communities would allow residents to "be part of Disney all of the time.”
