Disney is planning to make budget cuts at ABC Television Group, people familiar with the matter told Dow Jones Newswires.
As many as 300 people could be laid off from the ABC broadcast network, its television production studio, ABC News and local television stations.
ABC Television Group employs around 10,000 and wants to reduce costs by 10 percent.
