Disney has reached a deal to combine its Hulu + Live TV service with Fubo, another internet TV bundle provider.
Disney would own 70% of the combined company, with Fubo shareholders holding the remainder.
Fubo is set to receive a $220 million cash payment from Disney, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery. Disney also is slated to provide a $145 million term loan to Fubo in 2026, and the deal includes a $130 million termination fee.
