The Walt Disney Co. has filed suit against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and other state officials.
The lawsuit alleges DeSantis has harmed Disney's business operations amid a public feud between the governor and the company.
“A targeted campaign of government retaliation — orchestrated at every step by Gov. DeSantis as punishment for Disney’s protected speech — now threatens Disney’s business operations, jeopardizes its economic future in the region and violates its constitutional rights,” the lawsuit reads.
