Shares in Disney fell between 4 and 5 percent on Wednesday and Thursday after its CEO issued an earnings warning.
Chief Executive Bog Iger cautioned profits this year would be flat from fiscal 2016.
Iger also revealed the company's "Marvel" and "Star Wars" titles will move to its new Disney streaming platform from Netflix when it launches in late 2019.
