Disney shareholders yesterday rejected a pay raise for CEO Bob Iger.
The CEO signed a deal in December making him eligible for $142 million in stock, a base salary of $3 million and a $20 million bonus. He made $36.3 million, including bonuses, last year.
Fifty-two percent of shareholders voted against Iger's raise, marking the first time they've successfully moved against such a proposal.
