Disney settles women's pay lawsuit for $43M

Disney has reached a $43.3 million settlement in a women's pay lawsuit.

The lawsuit has alleged Disney's female employees earned $150 million less than their male counterparts over an eight-year period, according to Reuters.

The settlement includes a provision in which Disney has agreed to retain a labor economist for three years to analyze pay equity among California employees.
