The Walt Disney Co. signed a deal with Reliance Industries, India’s largest conglomerate.
The deal would create a joint venture that combines Disney’s Star India with Viacom18, a partnership between Mumbai-based Reliance and Paramount Global.
The new venture would be called Star India Private Limited.
