Disney Elementary Expansion
MSI Inc. is the general contractor for the remodel and expansion of Disney Elementary School at 4100 S. Fremont. John David Limp, of ESC Inc. Engineers and Architects, is the project architect on the $550,000 project, which has an estimated completion date of March 2002. About 2,988 square feet of space will be remodeled and another 2,947 square feet will be added, for a larger kitchen and all-purpose room. The construction is of brick veneer on the exterior and painted concrete masonry units on the interior. Included in the project are vinyl composition flooring, acoustical tiles ceilings, fixtures, furnishings and kitchen equipment.
