Dish DBS expected to file for bankruptcy

Dish DBS, the parent company of pay television providers Dish Network and Sling TV, is preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

The bankruptcy filing could be announced as soon as this week.

Dish DBS reportedly is having difficulty making debt repayments.
