Samsung heir Lee Jae-yong avoided jail time after a court suspended his sentence.
Lee instead will spend the next four years on probation after being arrested as part of the corruption scandal that brought down South Korean President Park Geun-Hye.
Prosecutors had sought a 12-year prison sentence for Lee, according to Engadget.
