Dierbergs Markets is selling its 22 traditional and specialty pharmacies to health care system Mercy.
Dierbergs Markets' pharmacies operate around the St. Louis area.
St. Louis-based Mercy, which operates in four states, will take on the stores' pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy associates who are in good standing when the transaction closes.
