China's Didi Global Inc. set a May 23 shareholder meeting to vote on delisting in the United States.
The company announced in December it would delist from the New York Stock Exchange and pursue a listing in Hong Kong.
The company went against the wishes of Chinese regulators last year with its $4.4 billion U.S. IPO.
