Dick's wins bid for Sports Authority intellectual property

Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. (NYSE: DKS) has won an auction for bankrupt Sports Authority's intellectual property.
The $15 billion bid includes the Sports Authority brand name, SportsAuthority.com, a loyalty program with 8.5 million members and a list of 114 million customer files.
Dick's also had a successful bid of $8 billion for 31 Sports Authority store leases.
A relocation to Nixa from Republic and a rebranding occurred for Aspen Elevated Health; Kuick Noodles LLC opened; and Phelps County Bank launched a new southwest Springfield branch.
