Dick Clark American Bandstand Theater

Rich Kramer Construction is the general contractor for the new Dick Clark American Bandstand Theater, which is scheduled to open in spring 2006. It is a project of Belair Holdings LLC and Dick Clark Productions. Chamberlain Architects PC is the architect. Engineers are Larose & Schober, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; and Rozell Engineering, civil. The 85,000-square-foot theater, formerly known as Belair, was re-dedicated with its new name June 2. The complex will comprise a 900-seat theater, the 12,000-square-foot Dick Clark American Bandstand Grill and the Patch Collection, an exhibit of restored 1957 automobiles and memorabilia. The estimated cost of the project is $5 million, with financing from Bank of America.
