Rep. Devin Nunes, R-California, on Tuesday filed suit against CNN.
The suit seeks $435.4 million in damages over claims CNN defamed Nunes when it published a “demonstrably false hit piece" last month.
The article in question indicated Nunes met with Ukrainian former prosecutor general Victor Shokin to discuss digging up dirt on Joe Biden.
