Presentations begin at 9:30 a.m. and will be in the fourth-floor conference room of the Busch building. The presenters are: Vaughn Prost with Springfield Office Building LLC; Kenny Ross representing Magers Management Co.; Amrit Gill with Restoration St. Louis; and Kevin McGowan with McGowan/Walsh.
This is the next step in the city’s attempt to assign a developer to the Heer’s redevelopment project; the city issued a request for qualifications in August. Prost, formerly the building’s exclusive developer, missed his final deadline for obtaining financing shortly after.
The developers Tuesday will discuss their companies’ backgrounds and experience and the reasons for their interest in the project. In the afternoon, city staff will hold private meetings with each developer to discuss proprietary financial and real estate information.[[In-content Ad]]
