Developers plan conversion of STL warehouse into apartments

Developers are planning to convert a vacant St. Louis warehouse into apartments.

Virginia-based ABC Realty Advisors and Bethesda, Maryland-based Saul Urban's Lodging to Living Fund are developing the $65.9 million project.

Plans at the former Standard Stamping Co. warehouse call for 177 apartments. Affordable housing is reportedly included.
