These apartments will be perfect for “service and hospitality workers”? Sounds to me this is being designed specifically for “lower waged” citizens? Which usually means some Govt money somewhere? No taxes, subsidies, liability waivers, etc.

IF Govt money Is involved either from the renter or rentee, then say so. Its no secret to the informed readers that this illegitimate President and his regime desire to change the “demographics” in America by forcing Govt housing projects into the suburbs. Personally I welcome all the cultures if the come legally. I love the food and the art! But more than anything we need to welcome them as “AMERICANS”! A clearly defined American culture! Hard work, responsibility, accountability and transparency! No more censoring of debate, questions or those who may not agree with” the party”! IF there will be tax payer money involved then Missouri tax payers need to know EXACTLY what we are getting for our money. Change the “demographics” can also mean a “change” in crime rate or a ”change” in property values. Of course IF you express either concern you are automatically labeed a “racist”! There is a new day dawning in America. Integrity, honesty and character are working their way back IN to the American culture!
