Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development has dropped plans for a $120 million apartment complex in St. Louis.
The company is reportedly putting the land – near Kingshighway and Oakland Avenue, just south of Interstate 64 – back on the market.
The project had called for the construction of a 300-apartment complex.
