Chicago developer Sterling Bay is putting the McDonald's headquarters it built up for sale.
The 575,000-square-foot office could sell for nearly $450 million, sources familiar with the matter told Crain's Chicago Business. It would set a new record if it clears $775 per square foot.
McDonald's has a long-term lease for the Chicago office building.
