St. Louis officials are alleging developer Paul McKee inflated property values to secure tax credits.
The allegations specifically focus on a property the city acquired by eminent domain as it was assembling land for the future campus of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s planned western headquarters.
Howard Smotkin, an attorney representing McKee’s Northside Regeneration, denied the accusations.
