Developer Lux Living has decided not to move forward on a $55 million, 254-apartment plan at the Berkley Riverfront in Kansas City.
Lux last year failed to secure a tax abatement for the project, and the development has faced concerns from residents.
The Port Authority of Kansas City plans to seek new developers for the site.
