Cleveland-based real estate developer Industrial Commercial Properties LLC acquired the long-vacant St. Louis Outlet Mall.
The company has $80 million redevelopment plans in the works.
Plans call for industrial uses, as well as space for the long-planned PowerPlex youth sports complex.
