Deutsche Bank to shed 35,000 jobs

Germany's largest bank plans to make major cuts after posting a third-quarter net loss of $6.6 billion.

Deutsche Bank announced it would lay off 9,000 full-time employees and reduce external contractor positions by an additional 6,000.

Another 20,000 jobs would be cut over the next 24 months.
