Deutsche Bank subsidiary DWS announced CEO Asoka Woehrmann is resigning.
Woehrmann's exit comes as DWS faces a probe into claims it exaggerated the sustainable credentials of some financial products.
Stefan Hoops, who currently oversees Deutsche Bank’s corporate and commercial client activities, is slated to take over the top position at DWS.
