Democrats working to force net neutrality vote

U.S. Senate Democrats are working to gather enough votes to overturn the Federal Communications Commission’s reversal of net neutrality rules.

Led by Sen. Ed Markey, D-Massachusetts, Democrats have enticed at least one Republican, Sen. Susan Collins, of Maine, to vote with them.

The politicians plan to use a technique known as the Congressional Review Act, which gives lawmakers a chance to review federal regulations after they're issued.
